All of the staff, from the manager & office staff, to carers, nursing staff and even house keeping, maintenance and the chefs, is excellent. Staff are very caring, patient and attentive.
Meals are very good as well.

The staff are quick to inform me if there is an additional health problem. I have never heard a raised voice and the carers are very patient.
I have complete trust in the Home and feel my relative is in good hands

The staff are always attentive and friendly when we visit. Mum is always well cared for, clean and comfortable. We were very pleased she was accepted to Hay House as some of her behaviours could be very challenging. Her needs have changed since her original admission but Hay House has been able to adapt and provide what she needs.
